    how do you change a photo of someone into a caracature / cartoon version ??!??

    100 creds for the person whom explains it simply an with piccsy

    you open up the image

    i picked this one

    converted it to this

    in a very simple way.

    go to filter > artistic > poster edges

    play around a bit with the settings

    and could get some nice results
