lol pretty kool jumping out effect, i think it would look great on the black bg though you should have it in tags~

Uh, it's alright. It does jump out at you, but the background isn't good and the smudging is pretty simple.

It's not much of a tag. It's more like just a pop out effect.

 

There's no real "wow" factor to it other than the popout effect. It's pretty simple besides that.

 

yeh its basic but its good basic. the colors are great and its well composed. next time use more effects and layers
