Fresh outta' PS. I really like this one.

 

i like first because it needs the color and it looks nice =]

2nd one is good to.

 

I think the lighting could be better. I prefer the colored version.

not bad, the subject has weird coloring (the black on arms) but its ok maybe burn sum areas around the arm to color match and blend more, lighting is not to bad at all actually its perfect anymore would be overkill, id say darken up lower part by arms and maybe the bright bg behind her also...not to bad

looks alot better on white just the brightness behind her back, maybe if you add a tad of light on her back and arm a tad just to balance it out?

The left side look's kind of wierd.
