I made a logo with Jasc PaintShopPro. I made the logo transparant (with the export tool). I saved it as PNG. On my computer the background is transparant. I can copie the logo and past it on a wallpaper (for example) and it fits perfect. Also when i send a mail or share the file with someone, these people see the logo with a transparant background. Now when i upload the file on PhotoBucket and use the logo on a forum or site it has a small light white or gray background. How can i fix this (it must be transparant on the forums and websites)? The logo is created like it should be. Can you guys help me out here? Thx, ToxicSaw
Are you using an old version of internet explorer?I had a problem like that when I used my grandma's computer, until is downloaded mozilla firefox on it.If that's not what the problem is, it could just be photobucket(I wouldn't be surprised...), you might try uploading the image to imageshack before you download a new internet browser.
what 4u2ny said is right, on older computers/browsers it shows a light gray background.. try downloading a more up to-date version of your browser.
yeah they are right...you need a good internet that is new and relaiable.....and photobucket might not work right 4 u
