Transfer To Godaddy From Yahoo - Good Idea?

    If I transfer my yahoo domain to a godaddy domain do I get all the features from godaddy as if I would of bought a domain from godaddy?

    what are the benefits? I have a godaddy account and there really isnt much stuff that you need so much to transfer an account
