i'm just saying that the smiley is not that big of an issue right now. i would say there are other issues that have higher priority.

Elaborated on the IPB gallery idea, adding the *Downloads*mod idea, nice work Mayur ;)

I also added another idea, thanks 4nub1s for the idea...we were discussing something in PM, and he suggested it.

Updated w/ a new idea, last one in BOLD.

    Will also c/p it here:

My suggestion to get rid of complaints of the spam filter, keep post count down, and GR overall, happier.

If so, how does that keep post count down?

When you click the "Thanks" button, it will add your name to a Thank you post in the topic, thats updated everytime someone saids thanks, and doesn't go towards your post count.

Horrible quality, but the concept is easy to see.

But it would still make people spam. Maybe more, maybe less. The whole idea seems farfetched. o_O
The spam filter also applies to other forums like Your Stuff. Then we'd have to add another mod with a button saying "Nice sig, blahblahblah".

It just seems kinda spammier, not as in post count, but messy. :\

The mod can be turned on and off for different forums, as can the Spam filter i believe ;)

On the your stuff forum you could have the same thing but than with a rating (1-10)

But anyway, the first idea sounds pretty good, a thanks list....

This is a old topic bump, to get going a list of more suggestions & ideas, as we get closer to the new site. I've also added on about 5 or 6 more ideas that I originally posted in the staff section for people to view and show what sort of ideas we're looking into to better make GameRenders.
