So far, this list is probally the best one, pretty close to mine.

I would bump them all down a notch, and add Spider-Man 2 to #1. Other movies that would be very close to my Top 5:
    Star Wars Series(as a whole)
Men of Honor/Pearl Harbor/Black Hawk Down
    Braveheart or The Patriot
    Friday Night Lights
    and my suprise movie:
    The Butterfly Effect

    2. The Professional
    3. Fist of legend
    4. Drunken master
    5. Kung Fu Hustle

I wish I could list my sci- fi genre but action comes first for me.

I can't believe nobody has mentioned a Quentin Tarantino film except Kill Bill.

    In no order.....

    1. Pulp Fiction (just an amazing cult classic. It's the very definition of cool)
    2. Saw (very disturbing and a brilliant concept)
    3. Se7en (brilliantly chilling)
    4. The Matrix Trilogy (mindblowing plot and imagination)
    5. Fight Club (what can i say... apart from perfection)

    Runners up....

St. Elmos Fire. (most of you prob would'nt know this film. 80's cult classic)
Goodfellas (imo the all time best gangsta movie)
The Alien Trilogy (do i even have to say anything)
Full Metal Jacket (imo, the best war film ever. Gives a chilling look on how war really is without all the glamour or hero attitude)
The Hannibal Trilogy (I love the way the director makes you feel for Hannibal ever when he'd eat your heart out. I have read all the books like 10 times over lol)
