Tired Of Programs Popping Up When You

    Because id just have to download Msconfig anyways (Windows 2000 user)

    well, 90% of our users use XP or above...

    What else does Msconfig do? Im not sure if I should just install that or this thing (or none at all).

    Its not Even free.

    If you truly want to use a 3rd party program instead of msconfig, use Starter, which is actually more indepth than msconfig and allows you to add new things to the startup instead of just disabling things. Its 100% free too, not to mention was featured on TTV back in the day,

    as you can see above, it controls what aspects of windows starts up, like win.ini, etc.

    also shows you what is written in the system.ini, win.ini, and boot.ini files.

    It also shows what services start up on setup, and also what programs are set to run at windows startup.

    edit: agreed, Equivelant.. I used to use this for 2000, but forgot about it..
