    Looks alright, a few comments:

    1) That font is majorly overused, and doesnt look right for the navigation so I'd definately change that

    2) There is a lot of whitespace - You might as well extend the content box else there is wasted space

    3) The vertical gradients at the sides will create major problems when slicing

    Good colour scheme though, and make those changes and it'll be much better :)

    Precisely. For a font, I recommend pixel fonts. I know everyone says that they are overused, but they own. Used properly it can make a template look good.
