    It doesn't look like you did much to it, other than change a little bit of the color, and some small effects that you can barely make out.
    Maybe you did a little distortion as well, but other than that it's a very plain looking tag.

    You have no background, it's just a plain color.
    Add a background in and learn some stronger effects. I get the idea that you were going for, but because of the bright background'
    your effects are faded, if your going to use effects that are bright on an already bright area, the effect isn't going to show, ESP when you use
    lighten, screen, color dodge, linear dodge, softlight, overlay.

    yeah i realize it looks very plain ill try to add some background and then ill post a v2 thanks for the feedback
