Note it said 'her' office, not from the school itself. They can not ban the celebration of 4th July or symbols hereof, because its a National Holiday.
Pfft, that's like me saying I won't have anything to do with Halloween because I'm Christian, and we should get rid of it. I'd totally end up getting kicked out of that school if I went there, I'd decorate everything I'm taking every advantage of Christmas now, because yesterday I decided that soon I won't have that oppertunity, I can see things changing so I figure take advantage of something while you have it. And what the deuce has valentines day got in it that's offensive? lol Which reminds me, I'm gonna be with a group carrying a cross downtown tomorrow because whats-his-face said he would and backed off when everyone was threatening him. I just hope my mom lets me...
That's really pathetic. How can anybody seriously be offended from Christmas decorations. I can't even fathom how that would possilbe.
Once again, a sign that the Age of the Atheist is upon us. It really pisses me off when this happens. In the Middle East as well as here, we have the religious extremists that dont know when planting a bomb or rioting over homosexual marriages is too much. Now we have your anti-Christ person who hates practicly every religious aspect. I, myself, am a Jew by heritance as well as a little bit by practice, and I think either leaning to far too the right or too to the left is annoying. I know humanity isnt perfect, but people need to realize that religion is only a measure of faith and belief, it shouldnt dominate everything, but c`mon - holidays are one of the few good things about religion!
Sure, Juddism, Buddism, Atheism, and every things else is fine but Christmas? Nope. They are starting to realize that Christianity is the truth. And that scares them. That dont know what to do about it. Except attempt to delete it from our Society. A)This is bulls--- B)This is BULLS--- C)THIS IS BULLS---!!!!!!!!!!
That and that Christianity is the central religion of both Europe and the Americas, but it's just people getting sick of the idea of a religion-run world (not that I dont mind the proper seperation of religion and state, but banning Christmas is rash). Also, just on note, I cant say I agree that Christianity is the truth, considering that many views of the church are either inaccurate or were branched from other cultures (bible being from the scriptures of Israel is an example), but thats just my view from a historical, humanitarian view.

you know what is really interesting: The Constituion says NOTHING of seperating Church from State.. Rather, the language used is more of State FROM Church.. meaning they didnt want a state- run religion, not that they didnt want religion in state. Ben Franklin said something to the effect of "religion is needed in politics; what good can a government do without moral guidelines?" And yet these same people who find somehow a "constitutional seperation of church and state" fail to realize that EVERY ONE of the signers of the constituion were religious men... lol
wow sleepaid, great minds think alike! Viking are the solution to, and the cause of, all of lifes problems! B) that is so incredibly stupid i cant believe that people would ban CHRISTMAS
