Blurred the 'foreground' too much imo. It looks too uniform as of right now, which sort of detracts from the rest of the space. It looks pretty good other than that, the contrast is nice. The only other thing I would suggest is to create a light source, maybe some visible light, for the lighting that is on the guy's back and face. The white of the edge of the shirt contrasts too much with the black behind him and looks sharp and odd for me. The visible light could help dampen that.
the centered focal does not help the composition at all. it needs more the black and white does create a nice contrast but it still feels quite empty. other than that its quite a nice tag as far as black and white tags go.
