i use windowsblinds and u can pretty much customize anything u need

I did, but it doesn't switch! Where did you get that black theme?

you supposed to click Install from Disk near the top rght - the arrow blocking it but its the first one though click that and find the theme you are lookking for and apply

 

he could try to apply one of the themes that come with it

1- right click on the desktop
2- select properties
3- click on apperance
4- play with the thing under "windows and buttons:"
