Given the recent torture issues that involved the US and Israel in the last few years, the Canadian Gov released an info package to their diplomats world wide that included US and Israel as one of the nations to be concerned of. Other nations on the list includes Iran, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, China, etc. The US and Israeli gov got pissed, filed a protest and got their names off the list within 48 hrs. The Canadian Gov was "embarrassed" to have "accidentally" listed their allies on such a list.
