Yeah well I decided to apply for another crew (AG to be exact) so I can get a taste outside of BC , and i made it (Not to mention there isn't that much activity going on either...though I guess I myself wasnt that active either, But im working on that ) But yeah... Congrats. It's too bad BC is so inactive these days. I remember when it was the most active of all the crews by a long way. Crews like Fresh, Artfoam and AG never want me, because I never make enough tags to keep up with the trends, and when I do, I don't follow the trends anyway.

Course im still lurking, lol.... Gotta see whats going on with my little buddies heh... Yeah ive noticed not many people are active and not many things are going on in here, not many people showing off their artwork etc. Something needs doing and before we start getting more fresh blood we need to sort the crew out. I was going to start the whole crew again, new and old activities to come back, art packs for the forum, remove members, get new members (when everything has been sorted of course) etc but we need people who are active enough right now to do this. At the moment alot of us don't have time for various reasons and because of this nothing is happening in here. Co-Leaders are here to do the job the leaders do if and when the leaders are inactive or unable to get online, they are also here to give ideas and opinions on what goes on within the crew. Members are also allowed their say in here, give ideas about what could be improved, added, removed etc.. your not just here to be quiet and do as your told, you have the right to speak up and take things into your own hands, just make sure to talk things through with atleast one leader/co-leader and get their go ahead. Something needs doing and needs doing soon or there will be no BC anymore and i really don't want that to happen.
i agree...but i'm all out of activity ideas. i mean, we could do more collabs or crew LPs, but those take forever. perhaps something with a theme... how about theme weeks? *makes plans*
Ndd. I say...remove anyone who doesn't post/show up on the board atleast 5 times a week. Seems hard but it's not...you can be on like 10 minutes a day. No-one is that busy that they can't bar the mother among us.
I agree though i find it hard to get online sometimes... BUT!!! I have a baby, a house to clean, shopping to be done... etc etc... you get my drift, ive STILL managed to get online most of this week, even for only a few mins.. if i can do it, im sure everyone else can.
