Looks really cool the layout, don't like the border but the template as a whole 8/10

Nice! One thing: red text on a green-themed template does NOT work. You can barely see it under the username/password boxes.

Wow, nice layout. Very smooth. I like green and drak grey as a colour scheme - one of my favourites.

A couple of things I don't like, however, are the underlines on th news headings and events, and the "Status" heading to the right.

I think the news headings and events should be simple bulltet point lists, aligned to the left. I think the status heading would look cool if it mimicked the buttons you've used for "News", "Join", "Partners" etc., as it follows in the same line as them. "Latest users online" and "Partners" (on the right side) should also follow this style.

It looks really good, but a couple of small changes would make it look awesome.

    ^_^

very nice, however, when doing the fading lines, just do one, then duplicate the layer, and using the "Move" tool nudge it down with the arrows on yer keyboard
