OK... i recently watched a documentry movie about a an ex-wrestler called Mark Kerr, before u see the word wrestleing and close this window... listen up coz its not about wrestleing.

This movie is intense... its all real and unscripted, they followed him around for afew years and put it out there... i'm not kiddin' this movie is soo freakin' good - i'm a movie buff - i love my movies - i have good taste in movies and know a good one when i see it - lmao, not meant ro sound ridiculously up myself there but i cannot stress to u how much u should see this movie.

Its like a real life 'Rocky' movie

But i must warn u... some of the action is pretty heavy... i'm not talkin' hollywood heavy iether.. i'm talkin' about people - cage fighting, no gloves, headbutts, knee's to the head - groin - where ever u can think... its f---ing brutal so i advise for u to only watch it if your 15+

Once again - go and hire the doco/movie called "The Smashing Machine"!!!

    Has anyone else seen it?
