But is it me, or is the pic quality not that high?

Just the hair's quality isn't that high, but it's still good - won't matter once you resize it.

One could say it's a perfect cut, but let's see... Some of the outlines are rather deeply cut in, like on the knuckkles for example. Also the outlines seem to be really bumpy on the backend of the hair.

Other than those eeny meeny minor flaws, it's a bril cut m8. Keep at it.
