    Those are tech borders and please ask shawn to make you something b/c this is not a thread to ask me how to make tech borders. There are tutorials everywhere just look for it on good-tutorials.com or pixel2life.com

    *also guys after he has made your user banner host it yourself b/c your taking up his bandwidth*
