Achievements is an excellent feature on the 360. To be honest, if it didn't have achievements I would have sold my 360 the second I got my PS3. The dashboard and marketplace are terrible. I can never find what I'm looking for, plus it looks disgusting. With the PS3 it's clean, simple and easy to use. The 360 makes a tone of noise and removes the need for central heating in the room it's in. And the PS3 looks twice as good as the 360. Yep. PS3's break. But not half as much as 360s. You get a better quality product if you pay more. And no browser? Mobile phones have browsers. The Wii has a browser. It's made by Microsoft ffs, and yet it doesn't have a browser. I was expecting a browser when I bought it. I buy all my multi-plat games for my 360, (excluding FFXIII when it's released) for the gamerscore. It's something to work towards, Microsoft have done an excellent job on it.
Fail. Can you honestly find what your looking for straight away? I, and all the other people I've spoken too on the matter say that they can rarely find what there looking for straight away.
Evidentially not if the majority of humans I've spoken too confess they can't. You must be a super human. And commenting on a point you brought up on another topic... The only reason the Xbox is ahead of the PS3 is that MS released it earlier and made it as cheaply and as quickly as possible. (OK that was kind of three reasons, but whatever ) Not because it's better than the PS3. Released earlier - More time on the market, more time for prices to drop, more games available. That's the reason MS is probably the market leader, although last time I looked the Wii was the clear winner in terms of sales. And prevailing due to the generations it's on? That is BS. Going by your logic, the PS3 would be better as Sony has had more experience in the console business. Microsoft, if they'd put a bit more time and money into the Xbox 360 could have easily made it better than the PS3, they have the resources and experience in software to make the 360 amazing. But they didn't. They just made it as quickly as possible and as cheaply as possible so as too make the biggest profit. I'm disappointed by my 360. I still enjoy playing it, but it's no where near as good as it could be.
360 F41ls Wii = F0r y0ung + 01D PS3 = Everyone, with games like LittleBigPlanet that has endless replay ability 360 = Had a good start, but now E3 proved that PS3 definitely has way bttr stuff.
i have both xbox 360 and ps3 and i like the xbox better becouze its games are really based on gameplay ps3 can be good too but the graphics are higher than the xbox but gamplay of games are lower what i am trying to say is that much ppl are competing between these 2 consoles but in fact they have both negative points and positive points i will not go in those 2 points if u played from ps1 till ps3 u can see the the only thing has changed in the ps3 is the big hardrive and the graphix while the xbox changed too live accounts online gameplay harddrive and more oh an about the Wii if u think the wii is for young only than ur tottally wrong
1) He's sorta right I can use the Marketplace with great ease. But I could see how it could be confusing I suppose (Xbox 360 for what is it 2 years now I suppose). 2) Xbox 360 is an excellent console but guys lets face it, there is nothing new at all coming. 3) Hopefully picking up PS3 sometime soon, PS3 is in fact getting better as well as the PSN, PS3 sucked Xbox 360 rocked - but its now a dead even imo and the scales will be tipping in PS3's favor sad to say. 4) The enemy of my enemy is my friend so waddaya say PS3 and 360 guys why don't we get together as a group and humiliate a mutual target like Wii owners (in b4 OHOH I OWNZ A W11 1010101 1 15 b3tt34 th4n j00 [sorry my leet speak is a tad outdated but you got my point]). Also, update, why can't we get together my consoles seem to manage?
I think 360 is best....it got cheaper,good graphics and good games...ps3 is simply too expensive and wii well some of the game are too rigged such as smash brother's melee brawl
Take a look at where 360 was at in the same time frame as the ps3 is now (from beginning till now), i bet 360 already had 3x as many games at that point in time. So get off your high horse about how MS has had more time to put out more games.
most 360 games don't even use a full 8GB. look most PC games don't even use 8GB. AND THEY HAVE LARGE HARDDRIVES TO ACCESS. I have 1,200GB worth of diskspace on my computer. a blu ray disc has 50GB... of which 40GB is left unused(I don't count it when data is duplicated twice or three times for the sake of reducing seek times when seek times are still worse than on an older DVD drive) and cell SUCKS HARD AT GAMING. CELL IS MADE FOR ANYTHING BUT GAMING. IT'S GOOD AT SCIENTIFIC CALCULATIONS, IT'S GOOD AT SERVER THINGS, IT IS GOOD AT A LOT OF THINGS... but sucks at gaming. It wasn't designed for gaming and the only reason why sony has it in the PS3 is because they were designing it anyway and foresaw poor cell yields. That way the 70% of chips which didn't qualify for server usage could be underclocked, have sections of them disabled and then be used whereas before they would have been thrown away as defective. cell sucks, sony didn't want to win the console war this gen, they just wanted to push blu ray(which they get royalties on and will continue to for the next decade) and cell and they hoped to break even in console land.
rofl owned. You have to admit, Cell processors are so f*cking powerful that in Japan they're hooking them up to mainframes and making cures for cancer and sh*t. That's some pretty hardcore sh*t there, man. I heard if you combine 3 PS3's into one computers system, it'll create the 17th most powerful super computer, which can effectively simulate the f*cking human brain. Yeeeeaaah, Sony's the booooommmbb. rofl. PS3 = Xbox360 != Wii.
