Lol xbox and playstation have the biggest compitation ( yes bad spelling ... sue me ) xD the wii is too.... weak... it doesn't stand a really good chance for graphic and realistic games.
no but you have to realzie thats Nintendo's strongpoint, they focus more on other games like super smash brothers where graphics are nice, but dont require as much as PS3 or Xbox because there toons not trying to make them look like real people. Nintendo is trying to avoid the realistic gameplay as the other consoles cuz they would lose.
close. but not exactly right. the wiimote adds another level of realism. as a certified nerd (seriously, i have a degree), i can safely say that i find the Wii's games most immersive. The graphics may not add to that, but everything else does, the motion sensing in particular. Twisting and thrusting the controller forward in order to bash somebody in the face (à la CoD 3) is certainly more realistic than pushing a button to do the same thing. You might not be able to see every single pore on your victims face but its still immersive and realistic.

In terms of sales, yes. But the 360 has a 1 yr. lead over the Wii and the PS3, so it will take a while to figure out which platforms will dominate.
hey they said UNBIASED that's bull----. in most games its proven that the PS3's GPU is a bit weak than the xbox's
ehhh...the Wii looks like it was designed by apple. the PS3 looks like it was designed by aliens. plus its freaking huge. you could kill somebody with that thing.
Well, you could kill anyone with any of the three, really. It is fairly heavy, but I expected more. I don't like the font that Sony owns which is on there and in Spiderman, because it's in Spiderman. The Wii does look nice, but the PS3 is also very shiny and a huge dust magnet.

As for which is better, I stand by the reasoning of price. This means that the Wii is the best for multiplayer with real people (not net play) and the 360 has the greatest library of truly awesome games of the latest generation so far, and as the PS3 costs more than the Wii and 360 combined the logical way is to invest in party fun AND great multimedia, graphically superb gaming and go with the Wii 360.
I just can't wait for some online games to start coming out for Wii. JUNE!!!! By the way, we're all going to need to either put our friend codes in our sigs or in a big thread just for that.
Well as of now the wii is dominating all because of it's price. The PS3 has actually sold 1.5 million units in it's opening 6 month where as the 360 sold 500,000. Personally I can not stand the wii the games are really not that fun. The controller's have consistency problems. Overall I'm just not a fan and will never buy one. The PS3 will become as dominant as previous playstations just give it time, it's an amazing machine. The one problem I have with it is the controller is just poorly designed. The joysticks are awkward and really sensitive. As of right now the 360 is IMO the best buy. The games that are out right now are awesome and the one's coming in the next few months are even better. The graphics look great (yes I know not as good as ps3 but that's one reason ps3 will be more and more popular). The controller is the best of the 3 systems. For now I'll stick with my 360 and maybe in about a year or so I'll up one of those nice PS3s (if they can pump out a good amount of quality games).
