Personally fo me ive gone through quite a few fazes for what console i want. 1st it was the 360, it suites the kind of games i like the most ( First person shooter games like rainbow 6 3 and halo) But then i played it at my friends and i realized i only wanted it for halo. Then the online gaming for xbox is all messed up and you don't get it for that long. So i went on to the Ps3 stage which im not quite over i just heard the graphix are way better and the online play caped it off for me. BUT the Wii won me over with all the videos plus the controllers. Sure the graphics aren't as good but who really cares that much, the winning point though was the fact that you can play the old school nintendo games !!!! So for me WII all the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For all you Wii fans out there, i suggest super smash bros, zelda and RED STEEL
It depends on the type of person i think.If you likr halo syuff xbox 360 is for you.If you like Zelda Wii is for you. Now ps3 idk I love it to death but idk what game goes for a ps3.
I plan on getting all three, but I'm going to get the XBOX 360 first. I do believe though that the PS3 will be better than other 2.
im getting an xbox 360... sony has completely overrated themselves pricing the PS3 so high and making it a requisite in order to fully use the new PSP features. sure they have some great games like Final Fantasy, Devil May Cry, etc. but I don't think it's worth it for an expensive machine with features you'll most likely never use. As for the Wii, it sounds fun but I think games will be to complicated to use with the wand. Gaming should be simple not all complex with stabbing and such motions. Xbox 360 for me because of the already strong online play and good library of games.
DO you happen to know that Sony lost roughly 100 to 300$ (don't know exact #) for each PS3 they sell... Plus, which feature u'll never use ? PSP can work great individually, so there's really no need for those feature, true. But i have an PSP, and going to get a PS3 this Christmas, it'll be really cool to use the 2 together... And for Pete's sake, i'll do anything to get to play Tekken 6
PS3 sucks right now. Horrible launch games and not many good games coming out later. I'd rather get a 360 or Wii.
don't be a fanboy there are many good games coming out for ps3 next year...same for 360 and wii they all have their really good games so don't be a noob
How am I a fanboy for stating the obvious? How many PS3 games are new ip's and not rehashes? It's true that there are games coming out for the PS3 but not many of them are games we haven't played in the past. Think about that, numbnuts.
That is a fanboy comment for stating the obvious ie biased to one side The fact is, even though the 360 has had a year head start, It's WAY too early to make a fair comparison. In a year or so, developers will have more experience coding games for all 3 systems, and thats when we'll see who shakes out as the best. I will never Buy ANYTHING (car's, PC's game consoles, etc..) immediately after release, it's always better to wait for the bugs to shake out. After a year we will see but as PS3 only just got launched ... its a wait and see not deciding what is the best at launch - Its bizarre Im having a silly belief for Microsoft that being first means they win. They rushed the unit out to have a Christmas season advantage over the PS3/Wii, which was a year ago - Its nearly Christmas now and consumers will see what happens during then All I see is that the Xbox 360 truly is just an Xbox 1.5 (or maybe 1.1) In a years time the games will advance as the developers will realise the full potential of both Wii and PS3 especially when they utilise the 50GB discs Only game im finding good is GearsOfWar everything else just seems non-appealing to me especially Gaylo Not a statement of fanboyism as most people are - I am thinking of buying all 3 once they are stable ... or 2 depends DarkStar
are you kidding me? 360 is the biggest pile of crap. ive heard so many problems with it, but no, that wasnt the reason for its "crapyness".. friend has one, he plays his modded xbox 10000x more than the 360. good gfx sure, anything new? nope. its basically just a xbox with 360 on it. i know there are different games etc.. but hey, i'm going for consoles which are different here.. ps3.. i like it, havent tried one out, but it seems good enough but got owned anyway wii, well this is the one im dyin for (im in aus, havent released here yet) cuz of the new type of game play.. and if i dont like the game play its still good for playing with people over. the wii is all multiplayer, fun with family & friends console, and so far, apparently its doing really good.
argh i want wii and ps3 soo bad!!! and as for 360 i want it too but i can't afford all three and a lot of people i know have one so i can go play it at their place! like im gonna go over to my friends house sometime soon and play gears of wars since he got it! and my other friend has a lot of 360 games like dead rising, saints row etc which i can play
