your hosting account got suspended ... ?

 

i already spoke to him on msn, someone was probaly using illegal IPB and they suspended his whole acount :/

 

Coincidaly that happened right after the files were moved. Right now all the accounts are setup but are not accesibly by the public since the nameservesr have not taken yet.

also please be patient as this can take up to 72 hours. Sometimes it takes 10minutes other times it takes longer (72hours)

NO ORDERS BEING TAKEN ATM. Auto Account Sign up will be installed on Monday or Tuesday. Please be patient and we hope that this will all be solved by the end of tonight. I will be away for the rest of this week (till Monday) so don't think I have gone but I have a family emergency and in will answer all questions on Monday. Thanks for your cooperation.

New Server is finally online and running smoothly. We are sorry for any inconvenience that may have arrived due to the unexpected downtime that occurred when we were transferring to the new server. The auto account creator/billing is now online. In the near future it may look weird since we are still in the process of integrating it with the new site that will be available soon. If you are a current customer and you have your own domain please change the name servers to the following if you haven't already.

Currently Having an Issue with the mailing system in the Auto Account Creator. If you sign up you may not receive an email. We are working to get this fixed ASAP.

if I pay for hosting for 3 years, teb asic one ($30) and it goes down before the times up, am I refunded the money?

And do you do custom plans?
