But whose to say the government is right? I've never accused the government of being very intelligent. Weren't you the one who said don't bring up the "freedom of speech thing"? So now you bring up some bogus act? hah, please, stop. I can't laugh and argue, it doesn't work very well for me. I didn't say what she did was lawful, I said it wasn't morally wrong. Plenty of laws have nothing to do with moral, like speeding, it is not immoral to speed, it's just unlawful to speed. You're argument is based on solely accepting someone else's opinion as morally correct, besides she could be in Japan, or anywhere and there could be NO law whatsoever about animal cruelty. Also, using your logic, everything written in a law, if broken is being immoral? Like I said, your logic is VERY flawed. And I still haven't said this convo is over, so it isn't.

As far as I know we're not discussing the woman from where-ever she is, we're discussing the statement iPoo made.
Make it relevant to the original arguement, not go off on a tangent about Japan.

-EDIT- By the way, the speeding thing was a bit of a bad example, if you think about it logically: When you speed, you're more likely to cause an accident therefore potentially putting someone else's life, and your own at risk. If you speed in a 30 MPH zone, if you hit someone you are probably going to kill them, to risk anyone's life even a little bit more than you could have is immoral.

The whole Japan thing, was a side note. At leaste focus on my main argument. And speeding, isn't a moral issue. End of that argument.

Re-write the post and make it relevant, otherwise don't bother.

And yes it is a moral issue as I just explained, in your words "ITS NOT OVER TILL I SAIDZ ITS OVER"

You don't understand how something is "potentially moral" isn't a moral issue? If it is POTENTIALLY that means it could be, but it isn't. So no, like i said, it isn't a moral issue. Well, by your logic, if she is in a place where the law doesn't say animal cruelty is against it, then she didn't do anything wrong. However, since you obviously don't want your own logic used against you, I suppose I'll let that point go. Also, when you say "in your own words" you should probably try to come CLOSE to the way I said it, which since it's my own words, you're telling me I can end it when I want, and I already knew that. So, back to the puppy. Your opinion, is yours, mine is mine, iPoo's is his own as well, the wonderful thing about true opinions, is they can't be right, or wrong. Right or wrong, are facts, and if in my mind, my eyes, whatever, I don't see that as animal cruelty, NOT THE LAW'S DEFINITION, I'M USING THE WORD'S DEFINITION I HAVE MY OWN MIND THAT I USE TO THINK, then I'm not wrong, bottom line. Neither is iPoo, or anyone else who disagrees with your OPINION, this post, can not be argued with. However, I'm sure you'll try. -_-... (BTW, that was my point this whole time, I could careless about the damn puppy, I love my dogs, not all dogs, ffs...)

Why are you using animal cruelty as the only point, the initial point is about discipline, cruelty was a side note, pay attention.
Morally I CAN still bring up the issue, most laws and acts are still there to stop immorality, some people are mass murderers, they don't see killing people as immoral, so does that make it right? Ask yourself. Because I don't think it does.

Back to the original point of disciplining a dog by hitting it over the head, not only is it immoral it is still idiotic.
You go to a dog training school, where they discipline and train dogs, you ask them if hitting a dog repeatedly around the head is a good way to discipline, and see their reaction, because it's not going to be a good 1 :) That was the original point, morality was a side note, so yes I am going back to my original point of saying hitting a dog to discipline it is stupid, because it still is. I can ignore your wall of text and by-pass back to my original point.

Show me any example of where someone properly training a dog, disciplines it by hitting it over the head repeatedly. Just 1, go ahead. Then I'll completely retract my post and call iPoo a sexy face and give him sexual favours for the rest of my life.

You kept bringing up morality, so no, you made it the major point, secondly, I could careless how you train a dog, honestly, if you do hit a dog it does listen to you just as well as a "properly trained" dog, as you put it. But, once again, "properly trained" is an opinion, which is better? You can not definitely say. Once again, you're using your opinion (actually, you're lower then that you're using dog trainers opinions) as fact, and that isn't correct, no matter the discussion.

It was a side point, the major point was the original post. Go have a look back at it.

I'm still looking for the 1 example. Until you give me it there's no point in trying to argue against it is there? Go ahead I'm waiting.
