He wasn't sticking up for the individual, he was sticking up for freedom of speech.

Your the one passing judgment, not him. He is more correct on the idiot factor unless, of course, you're against free speech and want to no longer have your constitutional right to say and believe what you want (within particular limitations obviously with all the changes since its initial creation).

I fail to see where I have told him that he can't have an opinion, I've said that his statement makes him look like an idiot, which in this case it does, why are you trying to put words in peoples mouths and stick up for a statement that is clearly ------ing stupid? Anyone with half a brain knows how to discipline a pet.

In fact, iPoo didn't really give much on an opinion in the first place, he was giving scenarios in which he felt it would be appropriate to do such an act. So drop the "freedom of speech" bull---- before you try and stick up for idiocy.

 

Now your just turning into an ignorant hypocrite. You told him his opinion is stupid because he was supporting an individual who was being open minded to the situation, he was doing no such thing, he was defending the individuals right for free speech. You then proceeded to flame him based on assumptions without any foreknowledge essentially telling him his opinion was shit (ie, it doesn't matter, ie he doesn't have freedom of speech and beleif).

Sorry, your the idiot here Aedus (and not because of your opinion, but because of your argument), again, the only way your not being hypocritical is if your actually for losing your freedom of speech and belief.

His opinion IS stupid, not the other guy, but iPoo, and this is where it stems from. Yet you keep going on about this other guy? I didn't say once to iPoo that he couldn't have an opinion, I said to him that any scenario given doesn't lead to doing such an act. The other guy comes in saying I'm an idiot because I called iPoo an idiot for not letting him have an opinion, as far as I can see, I let him have his opinion, and it's ------ing stupid, which then lead me to retort with saying he's sticking up for him, which he is, maybe not in the way you're thinking, but he's certainly trying to make the point across that I didn't let him have an opinion.

If you went to a speech and a speaker says something, you think is ridiculous, you would mention that you think it's stupid. It doesn't take away the guys opinion, does it? It simply means you disagree with it and they know you disagree with it.

If he wants to do such an act on a pet, then so be it, but it's ridiculous. Now you come in here, barging your way in trying to be high and mighty "Blah blah blah freedom of speech" when I didn't say anything about him not being allowed an opinion in the first place. Yet you will retort with "The guy was sticking up for iPoo's freedom of speech" in which I just said, I didn't say he couldn't have an opinion.


Sticking up for a guy who is in the wrong is extremely pointless, you should know this. It's not exactly a hard task to realise right from wrong. Maybe you ought to step off your high horse for once and give it a ------ing rest.
