Honestly all it looks like you added were a few Adjustment layers, the blood tears, and the text. It looks okay, but when doing a manipulation, it's got to be original.

uh 100% default... nothing off the internet all photoshop... :\ man hope you like it a bit... becuase i did spend a lof ot time... im kinda of a slow worker i guess, i mean i just like to spend my time on my stuff... last one i really did spend like 2 hours+... this one took around the same time.. like 2 hours 30 min...
