so my mom informs me that she was charged 30$ more than she's supposed to be on her bill. the bill includes, cable television, the internet and phone. she called up the company, proceeded to cuss them out and amongst all the vulgar language somehow there was an agreement to disable all of the services today. instead of having them credit her the 30$ she'd rather have nothing. so, i'm going to be dead for the next n days >_>.
