Ghost Rider - IM gonna be honest. It is really plain. It looks like all you used was a sprite and the brush tool. It seems to be lacking effects. You might have done more than that, but that is what it seems like.
Well I dont think that I can get easy to explain what I did than that /\! Yeah that is all I did took a sprite and then just brushed.... I am open to all suggestions to what I can do to improve this tag... Just elaborate on it a bit Zain. Seems like a WIP to me, but a good start. Work in some foreground effects to bring out the depth.
