Note: I don't like to reject people and I hope everybody in the future who reads my votes notes that I do not want this to affect any feelings as this is a graphic crew for higher level and experienced as well as mature people. If you are sub-par or almost-par chances are you will not make it if you aren't unique about your work. If I've seen it a 100 times before I don't think I want to see it some more. If you're original chances are it'll look better to me. Now, that means taking great techniques and putting them together in a way that makes it look yours. My final vote for NanSTA: No. Some tags are unique from others however only a few and those few used the same setup. They looked decent but lacking in lasting appeal, after one view they seem ordinary. Your avatar is pretty unique and yet it looks fake, bland overall. Your attitude is positive, a plus. I think if you widen your library of techniques and knowledge it'll save you next time. grindCORE: I love the first tag, and I somewhat like the rest. Your Large Pieces are unimpressive. They're effect C4Ds and rather ordinary ones at that. You're very active, a plus. However your tags, about the first, it's original and the colors work great. I feel the others are oversaturated at points and generally of awful color. You're mature and you know what you're talking about when you post. To me if you could work on coloring and composition you would be a surefire YES. If you can accomplish a nice LP I will vote YES, but for now, it's a No. You're not far from it though. And i wish you put those in your gallery and not your scraps.. you should of put those in the examples... So YES! [-PE-] .aspect*: Your reason for entry is to test your skill, I feel that is not quite good enough. A crew is about working together and learning from each other, as well as being passionate about what you do. You're not dimwitted and you seem fun to be around. Tags though, take you down. They're all lacking a balance in color, technique, and are all overcontrasted in my opinion. Your illustrations show skill in the program but are all cartoony and lack fine elegance or "wow! that must have taken a lot of time, patience, and skill". I mean, they don't have the fine detail Illustrator can give when the time and effort is put in. Your LPs are better than your tags but still have the problems with contrast and composition. I would suggest bulking up on technical knowledge for the fine details in the things you create as they all seem a tad sloppy. I vote No. Hip: Going to work on the avatar now. edit:

Congrats to Dew on co-leader. Sorry for the inactiveness. I haven't had time to install Photoshop on my computer, and have some other stuff that comes first. Also, next week (Monday) I'm leaving on vacation. All week. I might look for a business center and see how things are going.
I said yes to Alx1 before and I still think he is AG material, more so now that he's improved some. ^_^
Alx - Your tags don't impress me much, but on the other hand your LP's have got better. One thing about the vector I am not liking is at the bottom of the women it seems really flat, you should shade one side of her dress to make it feel more rounded. The Apophysis LP looks great, I don't know much about it so can't really critique it much. I think you are almost there, but not quiet, still a NO from me. Grind - Your tags look much better besides the whored smudging in every single one, I still think your LP's need some work imo, but I will go ahead with a YES, but that is just my 2 cents. (You might want to start making some LP's, Rene really likes LP's more than tags, from what I seen. )

Thanks for the votes and comments guys. ^_^ I'm glad my LPs have got better, as that is what I've been focusing on. I've had little inspiration for sigs, so I've stuck to LPs. xP And Cliche, the original image had no shadow there eitehr, or at least very little. And as I said in the description for it, I was tired and had a headache by then. My first vector. x3 Oh, and I have more effect fractals in my Scraps. I'll try and make a new signature, but personally, I find LPs more enjoyable and satisfying. I try to be original in all my work, so that's why my sigs, and even some of my LPs, may look pretty different. Thanks. EDIT: This is my latest sig. I tried different things, like new smudging and stock useage. It is pretty WIP-ish, but anything to help my app.
