The Dreaded Red "x" And Box

    How come sometimes with people's avatars/sigs/renders comes up the dreaded red x. Every once in a while i can right click and view the image, but sometimes it doesnt work. why?

    sorry if this is in the wrong place :S

    that image type like in .gif or something is not supported with that site/forum/whatever.

    Couple reasons.

    The image no longer exists.

    The image has hotlink protection, which direct view normally fixes.

    For the record, GIF is "supported on this forum"

    or sometimes the site that its hosted on runs out of bandwidth and what not and it goes away

    for me its usualy a firewall

    whenever i upload my avatar thru the gamerenders thing like where you can change ur avatar and stuff it does that to me

    I hate it when ppl's avatars are like that <_< it annoys the hell out of me, lol
