Honestly, the whole torture thing involving solitary, prison, etc. sounds good but you have to think about it... why waste tax payer money to feed and clothe these people? Not to mention the fact that a lot of times they still get out. Kill them. Saver, cheaper and we don't have to worry about them getting out. A painful death though... like a .32 cal firing squad... involving only one guy... where he has to reload after every shot... and the shots are hollow points so they don't go all the way through... and he can't shoot him in the head or heart... and there's a lemon juice shower above the guy... and he's naked... and on television... Now THAT is how the death penalty should be done.
You know i didnt factor that in to my reply , ok this might sound dumb or it might sound like a moive but seriously why dont we just put them on island and let them fend for themselves , and no we would not have cameras there to catch all the action .
