    Who watches this show?

I think it's very inspiring that they can lose that much weight and change their whole life.

    Anyone else watch this?

It's not a bad show, I think it boosts some peoples morals to see others that are overweight, an how they got on that show an turn their life around, an loose all that weight ^_^

    i don't think it's inspiring.

I think it is unhealthy and stupid.

I also think everyone on that show is a looser, litterally and figuratively.

they should be concentrating on gaining health not loosing weight.

then again I'm on a 4000+ calorie a day diet trying to go up a weight class for wrestling and my metabo9lisjm is so fast that before I started weight lifting peopel accused me of having an eating disorder(which I did not if anything i overate though noting like I do now) so i might be a little biased

i was like that, I'm up to 140 now

though about 35lbs of it is muscle and about 5lbs of it is fat. body fat percentage hoovers around 10%(which is defined by many as the point where you are borderline between being cut and being absolutely ripped) with 15 being normal/average.
