    Yeah just learn html it aint hard. Took me a couple of days to fully learn html its so damn easy. Once you learn it the best program ever for coding is Note-Pad. Its light, takes no bandwidth at all, easy interface, theres not a bunch of useless buttons everywhere, you can easily see what you're doing, you can code html, php and cgi and you can do anything you want because its limitless :D.
