The Make frames from layers is on the animation pallet (the thing with the animation stuff ) on the little round thing on the right side of the whole thing (but pictures say more then a thousand words )

cool i will definately use this .. i wonder if you can make a sig and make the text on the sig do this.. yes you can probably.. it would just be more confusin with the background behind it .. bah i just answered me own question so never mind
