IF you lack the common sense to use a 'SEARCH' button, or to go to the most commonly visited site on the Internet to find something, then yes, you deserve to have an 'oh shit, I was being an idiot moment' with something like a lmgtfy.com link. Honestly moderating / being an admin for a community of people who need their hand held for something so simple in nearly every topic is pretty damn frustrating. Considering I now admin another website which is both larger and more active than GR was (even in its hayday), and I am far more of a nazi on those boards than I am here (or ever have been here), I can also testify that the means in which I moderate works fine. Actually, to be entirely honest, only about 80 posts per day are reported / moderated (which, considering the activity of the site, is quite a small amount) because of the fact the rules are outlined, they are strictly enforced, and people who join the website aren't dumb as a brick, those that break the rules deserve to be ridiculed and/or punished, and they are.

So, how about you stop whining and throwing around blind accusations, it's always failed in the past, it's always inspired flames in the past, and you are likely to just inspire more of a riot than anything else with your post (want proof, use the search function). Locking the topic for that very reason.
