It just ended, there are 27 episodes. For those curious, it is a mecha anime made by Gainax, however, the setting is extremely bright and pretty funny. I just think the series is kickass. Kamina, Simon, Genome, and Kittan are too GAR.
watched the last episode today...this was the only other anime show i watched next to naruto and i have to say it was friggin awesome..every episode was intense and full of action...too bad its over =(
It sucks that Simon got Gainax'd D:. I miss Nia . But yes, kick reason to the curb. Achieve the impossible. DAI-GURREN DAN!
Yeah, it was quite sad to see this finish. Kamina is the GAR of ALL. Probably the best anime so far I've ever seen.
I have only seen up to episode 12, but I must say I do love the series so far. It's to bad that it is licensed though!
Kamina isn't the GARest character though. I think after his death, Kittan was the most epic and Gar. Then Lord Genome taking the Big Bang attack, quantum dividing himself, and fusing with Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann was pretty damn GAR too.
I really like this anime though I havent finished it yet. They dont play it on TV in england and it got taken down from the place I was watching it.
