I like the layout but it seems like two designs clashed together to form some kind of mutant hybrid offspring...lol. Basically what I mean is the nav bar is very "Web 2.0" gloss 'n' glassy but then the other titles (i.e Latest Stuff & Poll) are flat with more of a minimalist feel. I think you've done the nav bar really well for Web 2.0 so you should just try and make the rest a little more like that in style. Also the title text, kinda like kinda don't, not decided sort of thing lol. But overall nice job.
