Preview Keep in mind that there are some things left to do, like style forms, etc. This is a live screenshot, the template is coded in XHTML standards and complies with CSS standards. The menu you see is actually a suckertree menu, It's also has a few unique touches to it. The layout 3 columns, mostly CSS and not images, making the file size around 2kb - 3kb. Adding content is very simple, and for content requiring more space I am currently adapting that into another template for longer post, image collections, etc. I will only sell this to one person and one person only. If you don't like Halo 2, the only thing you have to edit is the banner, no problem. You know the deal with the rights, etc. I'm looking at a $50 -$75 range, .PSD included.
I really doubt that you'll get even $20 for that template, but it looks ok just WAY to simple there nothing to special on it.
Just develop the nav a bit more and space out the text, Move it all to the left a bit as its touching the borders of the content boxes
I agree here, also try to slice it and code it and then sell it, be a true web template designer/seller.
