Tech Border Tutorial *with Pics W00t*

    everytime I try to make somethin like this, I make the circle that your suppose to make all uneven and it looks like crap, every single time, can someone tell me an easier way to make circles?

    Edit: and how do I delete the circles and things i cut out after I make the border? I am so confused, so I just make my tech sigs with the normal darker border and no holes or any cuts or anyting like that, do you think that is still okay?

    ehm.. :

    4. Now, Right Click the border's layer, and click Blending Options. Go to Styles, and use the DARKER version of the 2 styles I provide *uploaded at the bottom of this page* and you should get something like this.

    that Styles were can i find it :S i dont see it.
    Can somebody make a screen or something?
    This sounds noobish :P

    Thats awesome, and i was just working on a tech sig. This is very usefull and will make my sig look even better :D Ill post it when its finished. Thanks again ^_^
