i think these are abit too unbelievable to be true like come on like who could use that much space on a single drive :| its impossible for a normal consumer to use it, anyone else agree ?
I would like something that i know i could download a bunch of **** and still have space for years to come
Considering I've used about 150 gigs in 2 years of owning this pc, and files are getting larger every day, I think I could fill that.

External 1TB drives have bee around for a while. It's not hard to use that much storage space if you're storing lots of video footage on your PC.
I could use all that , I, being a major geek , am exited, drives are just getting bigger. Even though it is old i still like the idea .
Aye, hell, i have prob 20 GB of fraps from one day of recording some stuff on EVE and Oblivion ( Prob 15 min totoal? ). This could be useful for some one like me Though im not going to fill up me 320GB atm anytime soon, and if i do i have about 100GB + in other HDDs i could stick in. edit: And yea, 1TB drives have been around for a bit i think. edit2: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList....SubCategory=414 Few on that page.
ahahahahhahahah OMG NO ONE has ever made that joke before..... grow up. id rather have one 8gb SSD then a TB drive..... SPEED>CAPACITY anyday
<_< 1. You're only saying that because Xelink just made a thread about SSDs. 2. If you stopped for just one second to think about it, you'd realise that in the real world, a standard 1Tb SATA drive is much more useful on it's own than an 8Gb SSD. You have to realise that Hard drives and Solid stade drives have separate purposes - since it would be completely impractical to use a solid state disk as storage.
1. stfu 2. i didnt say it was more practical i said thats what id rather have for a HD in that price range....
