If I'll get anything out of this, I might decide to accept partnership.

Not as a designer, but as a coder.
I've got great PHP, MySQL, XHTML, CSS capabilities.
I keep all my websites at high-standard, no exceptions. All my code is valid and unless there's no other way you won't see me using tables in my coding.

I also got an understanding about search engine optimization and ad targeting.

If you find me capable, for this job, and I'll get something out of this(doesn't have to be cash), I might aswell join you.

If you want to contact me you may on 3rxnet's IRC Server. If you don't know how to use IRC, then you should learn, because that's my main communication method on-line.
In case you don't use IRC you may check out my mIRC Tutorial.

I hope to hear back from you,
    - Ben
