Here is a preview of both on top of one another, some of your brushing is missing and he added some. If he bought learning rights to it, he can legally learn from it, but when he bought it did he also get wearing rights?

And what all did you add from the orignal render? I can tell from the originals what was added and what wasnt. I assume it is a rip, but cant be for sure until I see the PSD of yours to compare brushing and layers to see. IF you want to, send me the PSD and I will make the call on if he should be banned or not.

Comparison one on top of the other:

Just so it clears up as soon as you post a piece of artwork it is your copyrighted material. The DMCA covers this and I have read the whole thing for a Research paper so don't contest me on this.

That is very compelling, I think the sigs look too similar to be different, the right side of each is nearly identical and the placement and look of the render as well. The only difference is some of the material on top.

Well, I am just curious if he got wearing rights when he bought the PSD. He did remove some of the brushing, and change it some.

I am not saying what he did was right, but if has wearing rights, he can do so. If he didnt get the rights when he bought learning rights, then he will surely be banned.

I still however want to see the original PSD to compare what is truely brushing and what is part of the original render.

Guys I read the ----ing Digital Millenium Copyright Act for a research paper. A copyright is created AS SOON as you create something.

Actually you are wrong. As SOON as you create something its copyrighted. Dosen't matter if you put your name on it or not.
