I like the effects, but the background is very empty and dark. Your lighting transitions are very rapid, its so bright on the render and effects but the BG is so dark it throws the quality of the art work off a bit. The boarder it self is something I'm just not a fan of I also think you could have went without the text! The colors are pretty monotone as well don't use the same color for the whole tag change it up a little bit use complementary colors. Fix the lighting a bit, the brightness makes this tag have no focal point my eyes just jump around. It's a nice tag, but with a few changes it could be even better I do like it, just a few basic things are throwing it off for me. Work on it a little bit and throw up a V2 for us
