Support Us In Catching Rippers!

Hey guys,

I'm starting this new team that is removing rippers from GR.
The name of our team is Anti Ripping Police.
A.R.P. accepts only members of GR to become officers of A.R.P.
If you wonna support our team in catching those stupid rippers that are ripping backgrounds, sigs, avatars and much more stuff of the owners who they belong 2.
These are the rules of becoming a good and honest officer of A.R.P.:
- Be honest, don't blame anyone until you are 100% sure that he's a ripper.
- You are never giving up for looking rippers in GR.
- Be loyal to your other friend-officers.
- Be nice against people, don't just shout if they didn't do anything.
- And have fun in catching these stupid rippers.
- This is a serious work that has to taken serious, so no jokes,...

so eh, lets see... people who have ripped another persons work, or soemthing.. Because people buy psd's here, and get the right to use it in the signature or w/e. But they are not allowed to battle in other forums with it right? or in the sotw here or something correct? But are they allowed to use the psd they bought to use in gifts? If so, im in this one brotha... State all the cans and cannots do for it to be "ripping" or not..

If they are allowed of the owner of the PSD files to use them, then it's ok. ^_^

It's an excellent idea ya got going, but to be honest.... Everyone should and for the most part does what they can to catch rippers. We don't tolerate it here at GR.

Serve us well though if this is the mission you have chosen.

Anyone that notices ripping should first pm the person they suspect, and find out the truth. If that person is hesitant about backing up his work, then ask someone else's opinion about the suspect. If neither of you can see that the suspect is capable of the kind of work they ripped, ask to see a psd, or a screenshot of the psd, if they don't wanna send the whole thing.

If the person doesn't respond to your pm's, check all the posts that person made by clicking their name and selecting "find all of user's posts." If they've been posting and haven't replied to any of your pms, or this person just hasn't shown their face since you started pm'ing them. Chances are... you found one.

you guys should open up a shop in services where the proceeds go towards the officers that work hard to protect gr against rippers O.O
