I'm half and half, I believe in ghosts but not in superstitions like walking under a ladder or something. - Squall.
I do believe in some superstitious things. Especially ghosts. I was spending the night at my grandmothers 2 story house in galvestion it has a history of the great storm that killed all those people in galveston a long time ago. Me and my brother slept up stairs. Lights would flicker at night a lot of times and you could hear noises on the steps of the stairs. We slept of stairs by our selves one night awaiting to approach the Mardi Gras the next day. We heared something break in this hallway upstairs that has lots of windows but we decided to check it out in the morning, so when we woke up we went into the hall way and there was lots of glass all over the floor but there was nothing damaged or broken. We asked if someone downstairs had accadently dropped a glass or something but no one had.
A lot of people do believe in ghosts, if some fu***ed up thing happens that you cant explain, ghosts are the natural causer, at least in our heads. But heh, sometimes even if we're not that superstitous we do weird crap, like I dont believe in all the walking under the ladder stuff etc. but if im walking down a path, sometimes my mind triggers something and I won't walk on the cracks ^_^
I believe in ghosts, although I don't want to. Also good luck charms. I have these stones, they have mystical powers. No I'm not smoking weed or anything, they seriously do. It's worked for me numerous times Only slightly though. Some other things I believe in. But some stuff just doesn't convince me. My mum also believes in this kind of stuff.
I'm wiccan, so I'm not really "superstitous" but I guess some of the stuff I do like protection charms and stuff could be seen as guarding against evil ghosts or something, lol. But I do kinda belive in ghosts... I have a good story about a ghost in my house.. One night before I was going to bed I heard this guys voice call out "Marietta, Marietta!" and it was comming from my closet/attic thing. I didn't hear it again after that, but the next morning, I went into the attic, and when I looked inside a box, I found a photo album that said "Grandmother Marietta" and the only photo inside was a yellowing and faded black and white photo, of a young woman and a man sitting on a bench in the park.. The women was turned away, and the guy was holding her hand. I've always wondered if that was Marietta and the man calling her name... Kinda weird.
I guess, I'm half, half...cause I don't understand Dreamcatchers and throwing salt over your right shoulder, also with the horse shoe. But I do believe in the Loch Ness...maybe there was a dinosaur that lived, or maybe a new species yet to be discovered? But whats up with Big foot and the Yeti? I believe that is just Shaq and Yao Ming trying to scare everyone...
