Lighting/text needs major work, the light source is supposed to somewhere above, not below. The C4Ds, although flowed, look very odd and out of place. I just really don't like this one for some reason.
V2 is indeed better, but now you have the problem of monotone coloring. I suggest moving on to another sig, this one has had enough.
