    Oh well.

He sat on over 100,000 credits for weeks without buying a single thing or helping the community, now the community got him back.

The community is a whole, and believe me, most of the people who bought the item went for EBK :P

But if you REALLY wanna get technical, the majority of the people who bought the item went for EBK, there.

Of course it makes sense. Think about it. There's individual out there that are damn good at what they do, I'll give them that. And there are some that aren't as good. The people who are insanely good come here, sell a bunch of crap, sell creds for $$, and take off. The not-so-good ones are most of the time the ones that give stuff away for free, spend more time in forums other than the marketplace, and are generally overall more helpful.

Don't worry. I don't think you got involved. I seriously doubt someone would waste 1k to take your creds.

thats a shame, and this is the community that were supposed help

    CP

EBK never sold his credits or did anything with them, he bought donator on his two accounts, thats about it. Look at it like this, 100k was practically out of the system, because he did nothing with the credits. So whats difference between taking 100k of credits out of the system, and leaving it on an account and doing nothing with them occasionally buying some items

Kirbir said the people who bought credits will get refunded, I doubt that will happen

Since you've been comparing this to real life, about being mugged and such I think it's fair to make this analagy, someone could have $100,000 which they are saving, and since they havn't spent any of the money or donated it to charity etc. The government makes the theft of money legal so citizens target this person and steal his hard earned money.

I don't think you can really compare this theft item to a mugging, when you're walking on the street you dont have a sign on you saying how much money you have in your pocket. On GR the ammount of credits you have (before the bank was introduced) was visible to everyone. Irl, getting robbed is a possibility, on GR it was not (unless it was hacked somehow) so nobody needed to worry about it. So you can't shift the blame on to the people that lost their credits, saying they were stupid / irresponsible or whatever with their credits.

But theres still a possibility you can get robbed, hence why people store their earnings in the
