When you buy something for full rights, it doesnt mean you buy the tag-change-name-now-its-mine thingy. You bought from atlas who's been using it all these while, simply said.

How, I BOUGHT THIS TAG FOR FULL RIGHTS. About a year ago, for Full rights. Now, Atlas. it might of been you that made it.. But with all of these post.. You never said when you made it.

See, we both got the PSD.. So somewhere down the line, we got mixed up.. or some1 sold to some1 by accident. I don't know.. Like.. we both got the PSD. Same layers and everything.. Somehow, you or me forgot something.. or we forgot we sold it..

 

he can do whatever he wants with it except sell it again or give it to someone else for full rights, he still has wearing/posting rights.
