    SPREAD the HAPPY Program</a>

    In this contest it will be your job to dress-up homer in a halloween costume. Use the dress-up homer.png above. Rules are below. On Halloween, October 31st, entries will be judged by me, and the 1st and 2nd place persons will get a credit prize (shown below).

    Rules:

    1. You may do whatever you want with homer's body, but you must keep atleast a bit of his face showing. You may also manipulate his face to your liking.
    2. You may enter as many times as you want.
    3. Entries will not be judged by skill level required, as many people may not have the skill required to make an amazing 3d costume.
    4. You may use other pictures of homer to change his arms and legs and such, but you may not change the default face.
    5. Costumes must be appropriate.
    6. Costumes will be marked on their "Halloweenness". Meaning that my Homerchu would lose to a Vampire Homer.


    Prizes:

    1st = 1000 credits
    2nd = 500 credits
