I brought a steam account and downloaded the games....it said i needed to update the drivers so i did but it still comes up with the drivers are out of date, i click continue and im playing the game and everywhere is multi-coloured squares. If you could help i would love it.


My graphics card is a ATI RADEON (i have xp)
and i have 1gb ram

 

which RADEON card do you have and what games have you downloaded, also check you have catylyst 6.9 for windows xp

If you haven't got .Net then you wouldn't have been able to install the drivers.

The link should be on the ATI site check the drivers section. Make sure your card is on the list of the supported drivers, you might have to get an older version.

Just go to that link that mayhem posted and download it

Then the problem should be fixed.

Sorry to bring up an old post, but the downloads you need are Microsoft .NET Framework and catalyst 6.5 (the last catalyst to support the Radeon 9200).
